Buffering? Check these things before changing your plan
Work through your connection, device and player settings to give support a clear picture of the problem.

Buffering can have several causes. Your connection, Wi-Fi coverage, device, player and the content source all affect playback. A short checklist can help you identify the pattern and explain it to support.
Check whether the issue is widespread
Try another channel or title. Note whether the problem affects everything, one programme or one quality setting. Test an ordinary streaming app on the same device and connection to see whether the issue is broader.
Check the home network
- Pause large downloads and other heavy internet use temporarily.
- Move closer to the router if you use Wi-Fi.
- Try a wired connection where supported.
- Restart your device and router using their normal controls.
- Test again at a different time and note any change.
A speed-test result alone does not describe the whole viewing experience. Stability, congestion and the path between your device and the source also matter.
Check the player
Make sure you use the player recommended for your device. Confirm that the app is up to date. Avoid changing advanced settings at random; ask support which settings are appropriate for the app and model you use.
Send a useful support message
Include your device model, player name, internet provider, whether you use Wi-Fi or Ethernet, and when the issue happens. Describe any error message exactly. Keep subscription credentials out of public screenshots.
Ask CAMIPTV for playback help.
There is no universal promise of zero buffering. The aim is to check the real cause and help you find a stable setup.
